Share
Hello, model car fans! This is Eiwa from the shop staff. I recently visited the Ikaho American Village Museum located in Gunma Prefecture, Japan! The museum had many fascinating exhibits. It was founded by Masahiro Yokota, who has won and placed in international classic car rally competitions. If you ever travel to Japan, be sure to stop by this museum, which is conveniently located near the famous Ikaho Hot Springs. Over the next few posts, I will be introducing some of the cars on display, so stay tuned!
This museum was built on the site of a former glass studio called "Haruna Glass." The equipment and piping from the glass studio have been preserved, giving the place a very authentic and immersive feel.
Let’s start with the 1930 Willys. Its elegant and beautiful form is truly captivating.
